  • 1 cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Make the Pumpkin Pie: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and eggs. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  2. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, the egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Decorate the Ghostly Cupcakes: Bake cupcakes according to package instructions. Once cooled, spread white frosting on top of each cupcake. Place two chocolate chips on each for ghostly eyes.
  4. Create the Witch’s Brew Soup: In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. Add green vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes. Add mozzarella balls and sliced olives to represent eyeballs. Serve hot.
  5. Assemble a Spooky Cheese Platter: Arrange assorted cheeses and crackers on a board. Use cookie cutters to cut cheese into bat and spider shapes for added fun.
  6. Prepare the Eyeball Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. After cooking, place cooked meatballs on top of the spaghetti. Add mozzarella balls as “eyeballs” and olives as “pupils.”.
  7. Marinate Bat Wings: Combine soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add chicken wings and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes or until crispy.
  8. Make Caramel Apple Bites: Dip apple slices in caramel sauce and sprinkle with chocolate chips for decoration.
  9. Prepare Monster Tacos: Cook ground beef with taco seasoning, fill tortillas, and let everyone create their own monster faces using toppings like lettuce for hair and cheese for teeth.
  10. Layer the Spider Web Dip: In a shallow plate, spread guacamole, then sour cream on top. Create a spider web pattern with salsa using a piping bag or squeeze bottle.
