A delightful and hearty one-pan meal featuring creamy sauce and tender chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to foam.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
  6. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Let it bubble for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it well in the creamy sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust the sauce consistency by adding more broth for thinner or reducing it longer for thicker. Don’t forget to taste and adjust the seasoning.
