Quick and delicious crispy chicken cutlets made in an air fryer, offering a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet into the beaten egg.
  4. Coat the cutlet in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated cutlets in the air fryer basket.
  6. Lightly spray the cutlets with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove the chicken cutlets and serve hot.

Notes

Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts if you don’t find cutlets. Panko breadcrumbs provide extra crunch. Freshly grated Parmesan yields better flavor than pre-grated.
