Ingredients

  • 8 oz of your choice of pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the beef: In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add liquids: Pour in the beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Then stir in the heavy cream until everything is well combined.
  5. Combine with pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the pan, mixing until the pasta is evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Add cheese: Stir in the shredded cheese and allow it to melt, creating a rich and creamy texture.
  7. Serve: Spoon the pasta onto plates and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
