A creamy and savory Crock Pot pasta dish featuring tender chicken and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (12 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into blocks
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 oz pasta (gluten-free recommended)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spread out.
  2. Add the sauce: Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken, covering it completely.
  3. Mix in the liquid: Fill the empty sauce bottle with milk, shake well to combine any remaining sauce, then pour it into the slow cooker.
  4. Incorporate cream cheese: Add the blocks of cream cheese on top of the chicken and sauce mixture.
  5. Stir in parmesan: Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over everything in the slow cooker.
  6. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
  7. Shred the chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred it directly in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce.
  8. Cook the pasta: While the chicken cooks, prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well.
  9. Combine everything: Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the slow cooker with the chicken and sauce. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free cream cheese and nutritional yeast instead of parmesan cheese. Adjust consistency of the sauce with additional milk if necessary.
